The Mass is Back! Here's some information on what that looks like...
Returning to Mass at St. Cecilia's...
We're ready to come back to Mass at St. Cecilia's this weekend, May 30 & 31, following our previous schedule. There will be changes, and we will need your attention to those changes - as well as your patience and understanding as we work our way through those changes. Please remember that everything we are doing is to ensure the safety and comfort of as many parishioners as possible. There is an attachment that outlines all the changes, as well as a video that speaks to the modifications, as well.
We may continue to modify the changes we're making, as we see which ones work, and which ones maybe don't work so well. Please bear with as as we do that, too!
Most importantly, we are observing every precaution possible so that it is OK to be there. We will be performing tasks that many retail organizations that people are frequenting are not, all in an effort to ensure we keep you safe.
In the end, if you are not comfortable coming back, yet, please remember that the Bishop has kept the dispensation from the obligation in place, until you do feel comfortable coming back.
Please review the video to help explain
We have also attached an informational letter that will speak to most of the changes we can expect.

We still have a very real need for Volunteers to make the return to Mass as smooth as possible. We are asking that volunteers be willing to come 15 minutes before Mass and stay, perhaps 15 minutes after. If you are interested in volunteering please reach out to the rectory to let them know.
We are also having a Volunteer Training/Information session at the Church on Friday, 5/29, at 5:30pm. Please come if you are interested and are able.
It is through volunteers that the work associated with our return will be made easier for everyone.
Thank you, in advance, for your patience, your understanding, and your assistance in helping us return to Mass.
We are overjoyed to have you back with us, and we hope that you are, too!
